PK ASSOCIATES has extensive experience in providing construction administration services for all project sizes. During the construction administration phase, a designated Project Engineer will thoroughly review all shop drawings, promptly respond to field questions, and issue addenda and clarifications as needed. Shop drawings being reviewed by the structural engineer assure that the construction documents have been adhered to.

Prompt review of shop drawings insure schedules are met and controlled. We maintain a detailed reporting program and follow-up on progress throughout construction of the project. PK ASSOCIATES provides a qualified representative at the Project construction meetings as required during the entire construction period.

Communication lines are kept open at all levels during construction to ensure timely completion of the project. The ultimate goal of PK ASSOCIATES is to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction through creative thinking, first-rate documentation, and exceptional service.
