For over 50 years, Mel Plummer has been performing structural engineering services for bridges and buildings. Being licensed in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, plus 10 other states has provided him the opportunity to utilize his bridge and buildings design expertise in many different areas of the United States; therefore, contributing to the growth of his expertise based on the different climates, soil and water conditions he designs for, while maintaining the creative architectural elements.

This year, Mel has joined forces with an award winning structural engineering team. Heading this structural engineering team is Jack Koehler. Jack takes a progressive approach in his design, and likes to experiment outside the confines of conventional ideas and investigate new ideas while utilizing state-of-the-art proven concepts, to save both time and money for the clients. With over 29 years experience performing structural engineering design, project management, value engineering and structural system selection for a wide variety of projects including pedestrian, driveway and highway bridges, Jack and the rest of his team brings much to the collaboration of this relationship.

PK Plummer has a corporate staff of over 40, of whom 12 are Professional Registered Engineers.

We utilize the most up to date software and state-of-the-art equipment including; Revit® Structural, AutoCAD, 3-D modeling capabilities, ADAPT Structural Concrete Software System, Etabs, and Ramsteel.
