Block 23 is the highly anticipated mixed-use project in Downtown Phoenix. The development is home to the area’s first grocery store by Fry’s Food Stores. Block 23 is currently in design and slated for completion in 2019. Block 23 consists of a 16-story tower, 200,000 square feet of creative office space, restaurant and retail uses along with above- and below-grade parking. The mixed-use development includes retail stores located on levels one and two, office space on levels three through five, and 305 residential units on levels six through sixteen. A pool and amenities deck are on the sixth floor, and 420,100 square feet of parking is provided above and below grade.
