CyrusOne Data Center Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 8

The 57-acre CyrusOne campus is located in a 152-acre master-planned science and technology business park. This fast-track project consisted of several office buildings and data centers. CyrusOne Chandler is one of the first data center developments to target LEED Silver certification or higher.

Building 1: A 1-story, 88,260 SF space that houses a data center and the CRAH Gallery. Constructed of steel frame and tilt-up concrete.

Buildings 2 & 8: These buildings house office space and data centers. The office space is a 2-story, 17,958 SF building built from a steel frame and tilt-up concrete. The 2-story 162,404 SF data center is constructed of steel frame and tilt-up concrete.

Building 3: An office building and a data center. The office building is 78,000 SF, constructed of steel frame and a pre-cast concrete exterior skim. The data center is a 1-story, 88,000 SF steel frame and pre-cast concrete structure.

Buildings 4 & 5: Constructed of steel frame and tilt-up concrete, these two data centers are 85,000 SF, 1-story buildings.
