Kierland Commons is a 35-acre, mixed-use development that incorporates over 600,000 square feet of live-work-play high-end retail, office, restaurant, and residential space. Dispersed throughout the Commons, the retailers, which vary from one to three-story buildings, are built around the project’s “Main Street” and interior roadways, allowing for pedestrian walkability. Unique architecture and public spaces enhance the community feel and evoke a “main-street” ambiance.
