Marriott Spectrum

The Irvine Spectrum Marriott project includes a variety of event and pre-function spaces to accommodate guests and local businesses. The 271 room, 15-story, 206,332 square foot full-service Marriott high-rise hotel is next to the Irvine Spectrum Center, a popular entertainment and shopping area. The hotel will also feature more than 13,000 square feet of meeting and pre-function space, including a large event lawn. This hotel’s full-service rooftop bar features unobstructed views of the Irvine Spectrum, an expansive pool and spa, and outdoor fire pits and fireplaces. The project also has a state-of-the-art, two-story, 2,000 square foot fitness center that is equipped with CrossFit-style equipment. Construction type is cast-in-place concrete post-tensioned concrete flat plate supported on spread footings for the hotel, and steel framing for the ballrooms and meeting rooms.
