Sol Y Luna Apartments

Sol Y Luna consists of two student residential buildings located two blocks away from the University of Arizona (U of A). “Luna” is a 295,000 square foot, 14-story (including a two level garage) student housing project that offers 176 fully furnished units with 562 bedrooms in a mix of one to five bedroom plans. Amenities include a rooftop pool and fitness center, group study rooms, 24-hour building security, and a 91-car garage. The structure is post-tensioned slab construction.

Luna’s adjacent sister building, “Sol,” has 165 units housing 393 beds, 8,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and a 25,000 square foot, two-level, underground garage structure. The building includes amenities such as a rooftop pool, outdoor terraces, top-of-the-line exercise facilities, and private collaborative study and technology rooms.
