Project Information

Banner Baywood Medical Center opened in 1984 in Mesa, Arizona and has been providing complete acute care services in the 342 bed hospital.  PK Associates designed a new 7-story, 140,000 SF bed tower additon to the facility in 2008, as well as a new 4-level, 640 space parking garage. In addition, renovations for the project totaled 70,125 SF including a 6,400 SF cafeteria, a 2,750 SF arcade, a 3,000 SF ardio-pulmonary addition, a 2,000 SF pharmacy, a 1,500 SF mechanical building and a 3,000 SF mechanical yard addition for the Central Plant.  A separate 6,000 SF pre-engineered Materials Management Building was also added.
