Project Information

The 5 story, 137,000 SF, LEED Gold Certified Building, located at the corner of 7 Street and College Avenue, is the new home to the Del E Webb School of Construction, the Sustainability Engineering program and the Alliance for Construction Excellence. The space includes a 200 seat auditorium, marketplace, coffee and wine bar, and community room. Sustainability features designed into the project include: potable water reduction programs, use of recycled/renewable materials, shade trees, an exterior skin designed to shade the building, and maximizing the use of natural light. Pedestrian access from all sides of the building was another key feature of the design.
