Project Information

Tempe Marketplace offers 13 Million square feet of retail and is located on Rio Salado Parkway just west of the Loop 101. Tempe Marketplace’offers an open-air, pedestrian-oriented environment for shopping, dining and entertainment. The project features a 380,000 square foot component known as the District at the center of the 117-acre site. PK Associates was part of the team who designed "The District" at Tempe Marketplace. A row of big-box stores encircles the District, with 5,986 outdoor parking spaces at grade in the center.
