Project Information

Chaparral High School is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.  This project involved replacement of 320,00 square feet of existing buildings on the large, active campus.  the project was completed in two phases.  The school remained opened during construction.  Paul Koehler Structural Engineers provided a condition survey of the remaining existing buildings as well as a study of the classroom buildings. The campus auditorium was renovated, the mansard roof at the gymnasium was removed, several other structures were also renovated.
