Complex renovation and T.I. for an Apple retail store at Scottsdale Fashion Square including: strengthening all floors and roof for new loads, relocating columns, reframing of floors and roof, lateral analysis for entire existing building, transfer girders to support new columns and moment frames, removal of existing elevator and stairs and strengthening the perimeter basement wall.
