The 5-story, 125,000 SF mixed-use project is also known as the ASU Wrap Building. The first floor includes high bay (20’ floor to floor) retail, with provisions made for two commercial kitchens and a lobby. All elevated floors are a combination of traditional academic classroom space and faculty offices. The building adjoins the Mill Avenue Parking Structure (MAPS).
