An 18-story, 743,000 GSF office and parking tower located at the intersection of Mill Avenue and Rio Salado Parkway, offering views of Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Beach Park. The development sets the bar for premier office space in downtown Tempe, featuring a state-of-the-art fitness facility, conference center, customer lounge, and an outdoor deck on the ninth floor.

The elevated parking podium allows for a pedestrian connection to downtown Tempe and the light rail. The elevated parking podium creates an open pedestrian connection from the light rail station and building plaza to the south, along the east side of the 100 Mill tower and north to the Tempe Beach Park.  The open pass-through space provides a shaded oasis; the grand, pass-thru height is 26’-6” feet and over 60 feet wide and features a pedestrian-friendly hardscape, landscaping, seating areas, and outdoor programmed spaces supporting the office amenities, conference center, and lobby.

Levels 2 through 8 accommodate structured parking, in addition to two levels of below-grade parking for 900 vehicles. Levels 9 and above are dedicated to office space. Level 9 also includes an amenity deck, conference and training rooms, and a tenant lounge.
