303 Logistics Phase II is one of the Valley’s first tilt industrial projects built utilizing a hybrid panelized wood roof with castellated beams and wide flange girders in lieu of joists. The 377,028 SF single cross dock speculative building consists of concrete tilt panels, 1,400 castellated beams, 75 roll-up doors, and 10 dock levelers. The facility is primarily distribution/warehouse in nature, with the potential for multiple tenants. The 26-acre site is located at the southwest corner of the Loop 303 and Glendale Avenue, and is part of the Loop 303 corridor, one of the fastest-growing industrial corridors in the nation.
