Located at Collier Center in downtown Phoenix (Block 24), this 537,230 SF, 25-story luxury apartment building with 379 units, is built over an existing 3-level below grade resident parking garage. The project also contains 4,623 SF of new retail space; 12,578 SF of existing retail remains. Amenities include a fitness center, rooftop oversized pool, an elevated urban park, a rooftop dog park, concierge service, amongst other world-class amenities. A portion of the apartment building is 10 levels.
