Located near Arizona State University, this apartment complex consists of 327 units/946 student beds and 64 market rate/workforce apartments with 12,000 SF of retail and a structured parking garage. The rooftop of the 650 space CIP concrete parking garage features a 25,000 SF amenity deck and pool. Various construction types were used for this residential complex: Building 1 – Five stories of Type III wood on CIP concrete podium and wrap parking garage on 3 sides; Building 2 – Five stories of Type III wood on CIP concrete slab and CIP concrete podium; Building 3 – Five stories of Type III wood on PT slab.
