ASU Barrett Honors College

The LEED Gold certified Arizona State University (ASU) Barrett Honors College campus includes student housing, classrooms, study spaces, computer labs, a cafe and administration. The residential component includes buildings up to 100,000 SF, between 5 and 7 stories in height. These structures provide 575 living units with a total of 1,700 beds. The project is composed of 500,000 SF of  below grade, above grade and penthouse levels spread among 7 buildings on 9 acres.
