This five-story, 137,000 square foot, LEED Gold Certified building located at the northwest corner of 7th Street and College Avenue, is the new home of the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering, Del E. Webb School of Construction, and the School of Sustainability Engineering and the Built Environment at Arizona Statue University in Tempe, AZ. The space includes faculty offices, a 200 seat auditorium, Sun Devil Marketplace, a coffee and wine bar, and a community room. Sustainability features designed into the project include potable water reduction programs, use of recycled and renewable materials, shade trees, an exterior skin designed to shade the building, and design efforts to maximize the use of natural light. Lastly, pedestrian access from all sides of the building was another key feature of the design.

Proud winner of the 2015 Goodwin Award in Arizona AIA, 2015 RED Award for Best Higher Education Project, and 2016 Salt River Project Sustainable Award in Arizona AIA, 2015 ENR Best Project – Higher Education /Research.
