ASU Downtown Taylor Place Dormitories

Taylor Place is a two-tower, 12 story high-rise residential complex on the Downtown Phoenix Arizona State University (ASU) campus. Tower 1 provides residences for 744 students; Tower 2 houses 540 students. Each floor has a laundry facility, small meeting room, vending area, “atrium” lounge and screened porch areas. The first floor offers a cafeteria/dining area between towers; at ground level, administrative and retail space is made available for public and student purposes. There is also a fitness center, overlooking a 4,000 SF shade garden.
