Located on the Arizona State University (ASU) Downtown campus, this 16-story building provides academic and student housing. Also known as the ASU Downtown Phoenix Residence Hall and Entrepreneurial Center, ASU academic space is located on the first three floors; the next 13 floors consist of residential units (154 units/533 beds), associated amenities, and common areas totaling 284,000 SF.

The low-energy high-rise structure is wrapped in a bioclimatic façade designed to minimize heat gain and reduce glare from the desert environment. To speed construction and lower costs, pre-fabricated building elements were fabricated off-site and installed quickly. The project was delivered as a successful Design Build Public Private Partnership with a cost 57% lower than the campus average for similar sized buildings, with 20% in cost savings achieved from a glazing optimization.
