ASU Lantana Hall

This 4-story, LEED Platinum Certified student housing project with 374 beds includes bedroom suites, academic space and common area amenities including a BBQ courtyard area and a multi-use outdoor amphitheater. A connector building is between the two main buildings. The north building is wood frame construction on PT concrete slab on grade. The south and connector building utilizes a PT concrete podium with wood wood construction above.
