This 4-story, 140,000 SF student housing project accommodates 507 beds along with academic and core-support spaces. The amenities include a first-floor lobby, multiple social lounges, kitchen/laundry/break rooms, offices, and a computer lab. Interior amenity spaces and outdoor common areas support multiple student activities and events. The construction is Type V/1-Hour Wood Frame. Pursuing LEED Silver certification.
