The 3-story 183,000 SF multi-tenant office building is constructed of tilt-up concrete panels with steel structure girder/bar joists. The adjacent 5-story, 300,000 SF precast concrete parking structure provides 855 parking spaces. This project is WELL v2 Core certified and utilizes touchless systems, upgraded air filtration systems, and state of the art air testing and monitoring systems.
