Banner Gateway Medical Center Expansion

This 351,000 SF expansion to the Banner Gateway campus almost doubles the size of the facility. The 5-story patient tower mirrors and connects to the existing tower providing 109 patient beds. A 3-story (1 level below grade), 85,000 expansion extends the diagnostics and treatment building on the west side of campus with an expansion and new entrance to the emergency department. Site improvements increased the parking by 700 spaces. Construction type is steel framing with CIP concrete below grade.
