The 20-year-old Bighorn Golf Clubhouse was demolished to make way for the new, 80,000 SF timeless clubhouse with panoramic views of the mountains and 36-hole golf course. Built in just 16 months, the new facility provides its members opulent open areas, restaurants, a boutique and locker rooms. Four 5,000+ SF penthouse condos with private elevators are on the top floor. The building was designed for high seismic forces, with a combination of steel and concrete on spread footings.
