The 17-story 390,000 SF high-rise residential tower, “The Ryan,” features 332 luxury units, plus a 3 level below grade parking structure with 500 parking spaces.
The 9-story office/retail building includes 200,000 NRSF of Office, 13,000 NRSF of Retail/Restaurant and a 67,000 NRSF Grocery Store. Retail space is located on the ground and first level; the 700 space parking structure is located on levels 2-4, and office space occupies levels 5 through 9. An outdoor 18,000 SF Amenity Deck is located between the two buildings on the 5th level, on top of a portion of the parking structure.
