Block 23 is the highly anticipated mixed-use redevelopment project in Downtown Phoenix. The development is home to the area’s first grocery store by Fry’s Food Stores. Currently under construction, the project is and slated for completion in 2019.

This 1,145,000 SF project consists of a 17-story residential tower with a 3 level below grade parking structure with 500 parking spaces. This tower includes 390,000 SF of Residential (332 units). The 9 story building includes 2 levels of parking, 200,000 SF of Office, 13,000 SF of Retail/Restaurant and a 67,000 SF Grocery Store. The 7 level 480,000 SF, 700 space parking structure is 3 levels below grade, and 4 levels above grade and an 18,000 SF Amenity Deck on the 5th level.
