The Cadence

The Cadence is a transit-oriented off-campus student apartment complex located near the University of Arizona (U of A) in the heart of downtown Tucson, AZ. This 6 and 7-story, 231,000 SF student housing project is rich with amenities.

Two distinct buildings provide 196 units/456 beds within a mix of 1-5 bedroom apartment units specifically designed for and targeted to an older, more mature student population. As part of a mixed-use development, the buildings also include 20,000 SF of ground-floor retail space, upscale common amenity features, as well as an open space serving  as an amenity area for both occupants and the public. The units are on top of an existing CIP concrete parking structure.
