The resort’s most prominent design feature is an illuminated copper dome topping the 10-story hotel. The two-story steel framed dome structure is supported by the roof level post-tensioned slab. The dome is built out of perforated copper and features color-changing LED lights. The dome is 26 feet in diameter, 26 feet tall, and weighs 11,000 pounds.
