CityScape Block 22

The 1.8 million square foot mixed-use urban development is located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. This revitalization project consists of two, 24-story towers housing office, residential, hospitality, office, retail and entertainment. The north tower encompasses 27-story Class A office, while the South tower houses 224 residential units which were built atop the functioning 10-story Hotel Palomar. Residents have access to a fitness center, a below grade parking garage, Hotel Palomar’s pool and bar, and many of downtown Phoenix’s attractions, located just a walk away. The residences, consisting of studios, one bedrooms, and 23 penthouses, were constructed above the operating hotel during the final phase of this project.
