The two-phase casino expansion included adding 230 guest rooms in a new 14-story, 173,775 square foot high-rise hotel tower, a new 18,000 square foot ballroom, an expansion of the casino and restaurant facilities, and a new 5-level, 751 space parking garage. The expansion also included the remodel of the existing casino. Construction types included steel frame and concrete tower, and prefab EIFS exterior wall panels supplied by Kapture.
