A collaborative effort between the project team and the City of Goodyear was required to meet the aggressive project schedule deadlines for this 585,000 SF building. The 1-story building, with a 100,000 SF mezzanine expresses what the company does — selling sporting goods and promoting an active lifestyle. Unique elements include a basketball court in the common area, a baseball diamond on the floor of the break room and yardage markers leading to fitness and training rooms. The project achieved LEED Silver certification for new construction.
