PK Associates has designed more than 500 retail locations for Discount Tire across the United States. Discount Tire operates under its primary brand name nationwide, and in many parts of California it does business as America’s Tire.
While construction types vary by market and site conditions, the prototype for these facilities generally remains consistent: a 7,500 SF, single-story masonry building featuring two interior mezzanines for efficient storage and operations. This repeatable format supports both rapid design delivery and a predictable construction process across multiple regions.
