HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center Expansion

A multiphase campus expansion anchored by a new four-story, 166,000 SF patient tower with space for future expansion. The project also includes four new operating rooms, expanded pre- and post-operative areas, and upgraded patient, visitor, and staff amenities such as a first-floor cafeteria expansion and renovation. Additional components include a 22,000 SF support building with a loading dock and connecting tunnel to the hospital, and a new central utility plant.
