I.D.E.A. stands for Innovation, Discovery, Education, and Arts. The first building to be built in the development is a 6-story 185,000 SF cast-in-place concrete office building. Becton, Dickinson and Company’s Peripheral Intervention business is expanding their research and technology and training capabilities on 4 of the floors. The precast concrete parking garage with 825 spaces is supported on spread footings.
