Known as the “Southwest Experience Center”, this new, 2-story, 32,000 SF office building in Scottsdale is a beautiful representation of design and function. The building includes a modern, main lobby entry at the northwest, as well as a striking blend of contemporary elements throughout the structure. Construction type is a steel-framed superstructure with a hybrid panelized roof and one-story masonry exterior walls supported on spread footings.
