Immedia Office Building

This renovation of an existing 2-story, 300,000 SF office building included folding partitions at conference and training areas, a new operable wall, suspension of new ductwork, and a new connection stair. Miscellaneous architectural features included mill work, counter tops, and partition wall supports. Additional project components included the design for an MDF/IDF in each of the four quadrants of the building that require a standalone cooling system.
