The 1915 Barrister Building was originally a hotel turned office building; it will now be converted into condos, with retail and dining on the ground level. The project will also include a new 32-story condominium building on top of a 6 level parking garage that will not obstruct the view of the historic building. The design will bring back the original character of the building.
