Luke Field is a 2.4-million-square-foot Class A industrial commerce park situated on 140 acres in Glendale. In 2026, it is the highest-scoring LEED Gold v4 Industrial Building in Arizona and has been recognized as a U.S. Green Building Council Arizona Project Excellence Award recipient. This honor celebrates projects that represent a significant advancement in green innovation and sustainability.

The three shell industrial buildings feature 40′ clear height, 25′ tall glass entries, 3,000 amps of power, automated dock doors, steel moment frame shear bracing, and 5′ by 10′ clerestory windows providing natural light. The project includes amenities such as barbeque stations, a shaded outdoor eating area, and employee collaboration spaces.
