Mark Anthony Brewing

This 916,000 SF warehouse/production facility with dimensions of 608’ x 1456’ has a 36’ clear height and 18,000 SF of attached office space. The Mark Anthony Brewing, Inc. (MAB) manufacturing facility/warehouse includes a brewery for the production of White Claw, Mike’s Hard Lemonade and Cayman Jack Cocktails.  The facility has rail service, a wastewater treatment plant, LED lighting and is fully air conditioned throughout. The design includes future solar panels on the roof; the construction type is tilt-up concrete wall panels supported on spread footings.
