Marriott Sheraton Renovation | Phoenix Downtown

The renovation of an existing downtown Phoenix hotel included a 30” high raised platform composed of a raised concrete slab poured over the top of structural foam; review of existing structure for various suspended lighting fixtures and millwork detail; modifications to the existing exterior curtain wall on the exterior of the restaurant; moving the existing restaurant entry and butting in a new entry with vestibule; new service doors; new QSR restaurant façade with roll up door and new glass wall; new steel trellis structure on the patio.
