Mirabella at ASU (Arizona State University) features two senior living buildings, standing at 20 stories and six stories. The two buildings total 454,205 square feet with parking for 300 vehicles. The facility has 230 independent living units, 20 assisted living units, 20 memory care units, and 21 skilled nursing units. The ground level consists of an auditorium and event center, a library, a loading dock, childcare facilities, fitness and pool areas, a lobby, and dining spaces, including a restaurant and a bistro. Other levels contain two outdoor terraces, a garden, an activity room, and dining, buffet, and bar space. The mechanical penthouse is located on the roof.
