Lincoln Ventures, an Austin-based housing developer, is the developer on a new 24-story, 326-unit project at 811 N. Third Street. Dubbed “Moontower PHX”, the project has yet to be officially named. Located on the southwest corner of Third and Garfield Streets in the Evans Churchill neighborhood, the residential floors consist of 268,850 SF, with 134,715 SF utilized by the lobby and parking. A 9,500 SF pool is located on the roof. Construction type is PT concrete slab with concrete shear walls.
