Tenant improvements to a 2-story, 120,000 SF office/light assembly facility with Secure Space Requirements in an existing, developer-built shell building. Improvements included operable partitions at the Conferencing Center; suspension of a satellite in the two-story volume main security lobby; roof mounted MEP equipment; patio fence enclosure spanning from the existing patio enclosure outside of the exterior breakroom doors across to the west employee entrance.
