Northrop Grumman Satellite Division Production Facility

This manufacturing facility is part of the largest and most advanced satellite assembly and test facilities in the nation and is designed to provide multiple clean rooms and production spaces.

100,000 SF ground up industrial building and tenant improvements for an office/light assembly facility with secure space requirements (8,000 SF) in a developer-built shell building. This building features large bays to house overhead cranes with a clear height of 55 feet and transition bays as tall as 65 feet, plus a 10,000 SF mezzanine level to be used as office space.

In November 2020, the AEC team celebrated the successful tilt of the heaviest concrete tilt panel in the nation! The first panel erected on Monday, Nov. 2, weighed a total of 504,000 lbs. and was 87 feet, 7 inches (eighth tallest tilt panel in North and South America).
