Located near a man-made lake, this 2 1/2-story, 83,000 SF health club includes an outdoor pool and 1,700 SF pool house. Amenities include an elevated indoor walking track, basketball and racquetball courts, and spa. Reduced wattage light fixtures and recycled materials were utilized in the construction of the building.
