Palmeraie

The Palmeraie, a luxury mixed use development project is partially located in both Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. The development is comprised of 14 buildings (12 high-end retail and 2 Class-A office). The 1 and 2-story retail buildings are steel framed; some have elevated roof decks. The office buildings are 4-stories, constructed of CIP post-tensioned concrete. The parking garage consists of 2 full levels below grade, with 1,428 spaces. The B1 level is constructed of post-tensioned concrete; the Grade Level Podium Deck is constructed of mild-reinforced CIP concrete.
