Project Hustle is an expansive 640,000 SF, cross-dock facility with a 12,347 SF mezzanine. Located in Goodyear’s ‘Tech Corridor’, this build-to-suit consists of a steel deck on steel joist roof structure with exterior tilt-up concrete walls and conventional footings. The roof structure was carefully designed to coordinate with the hang loads from the conveying systems.
