Red Bull

The Red Bull production/distribution warehouse facility is a 1-story, 708,400 SF tilt-up concrete building. The building is designed for future expansion; the floors carry heavy loads (cold storage, tanks, processing/pasteurization equipment). The 168,000 SF production facility consists of a mezzanine level and roof level supported by 20’ tall x 112’ long span custom steel trusses. The design included support of heavy mechanical equipment to maintain a clean air stream. Other components of the project include a 2-story 3,600 SF office, 3,800 SF wastewater treatment plant, exterior concrete pads that support 70’ tall silo tanks, and a tunnel structure to support rail loads.
