REI Distribution Center

The 400,000 square foot distribution center includes a two-level office space, storage facilities, and 40-foot clear warehouse space. This project includes award-winning sustainable features and high-level industrial design. The project was awarded LEED Platinum certification with its net zero energy use and the 6,700 rooftop solar panels. The project utilized tilt-up walls and a panelized wood and steel roof.
